POSITION: Paraprofessional
LOCATION: Rawlins Elementary SchoolSALARY: $18.05/hour
START DATE: Immediatley
PURPOSE: CCSD#1 is seeking a qualified candidate to be considered for a special education paraprofessional, serving under direction of a certified staff member.
Essential FunctionsEnjoy working with children
Assist in implementing teacher’s plans for students in all academic/behavioral/personal areas
Maintains confidentiality of all information concerning students, staff, parent/guardian
Uses positive verbal and non-verbal communication and interaction skills with working with students and staff
Intervenes with students at the direction of teacher or administrator in crisis/emergency situations
Performs other duties as assigned by certified staff and/or administrator
