Carbone's Hospitality is Hiring a Line Cook Near Bloomfield, CT

We are looking for a skilled, experienced and passionate line cook to work and grow with us. Many opportunities are on the horizon within our growing company as we look to expand our brand. Pay is competitive and negotiable. Willingness to work both locations ideal but not required. Experience on grill, sauté or pasta station is required.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
  • Assist with catering events as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary terminology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
