Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavior management, patient assessment, therapy, and working with individuals with autism. This role involves providing patient care, conducting assessments, and implementing therapeutic interventions.

Duties:

- Conduct patient assessments to determine mental health needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy and behavioral health services
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques
- Collect and analyze data to monitor patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
- Assist in crisis intervention and management

Qualifications:

- Experience in behavior management and special education
- Proficiency in patient assessment and therapy techniques
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
- Strong coding skills for accurate documentation
- Ability to work with individuals with autism spectrum disorders
- Excellent data collection and analytical abilities
