Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical office settings, dementia care, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring. This position involves providing care to seniors in home and community settings while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately
- Provide compassionate care to seniors with a focus on dementia care
- Maintain medical records and ensure proper documentation
- Assist with activities of daily living for patients in home care settings
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to protect patient confidentiality
