This position gives you the opportunity to teach individuals in our area valuable life skills that will help them succeed on the job! The Transition consultant assists high school students with disabilities in identifying appropriate careers, developing work skills, acquiring real life work experiences and providing contacts with potential employers.

This position is a 40 hour / week full time role that would be working with students at Argos High School.
