Job Description: Assistant Fleet Service Clerk - Maintenance Helper

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage parts inventory (order, receive, maintain)
• Answer phones
• Assist with vehicle preventive maintenance (track schedules, send reminders, schedule maintenance, issue purchase orders, account for invoices)
• Support shop foreman and mechanics with purchase orders, reports, and invoices
• Utilize fleet maintenance software for vehicle repairs, parts usage documentation, and repair time accounting
• General accounting and invoicing (track emissions requirements and ensure compliance)
• Reconcile vehicle receipts to appropriate financial dimensions
• Adhere to customer care standards
• Promote corporate vision, mission, and values
• Travel to Denver for training (company vehicle provided or mileage reimbursed)
• Previous clerical transportation experience is preferred

Position Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Clean MVR
• Strong computer skills (Excel, MS Office, spreadsheets)
• Inventory management experience
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to read and understand manuals
• Pass pre-employment-controlled substance test
• Pass a criminal background check
