Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cardiology Clinic Scribe to join our healthcare team. The Clinic Scribe will be responsible for accurately documenting medical consultations and procedures in real-time.

Responsibilities:

• Accompany cardiologists during patient consultations and record detailed notes.
• Document patient medical histories, physical examinations, and treatment plans.
• Update and maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Assist in the preparation of medical reports and summaries.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and clinic protocols.
• Provide administrative support to the medical team as needed

Experience:
- Prior experience in a medical office setting or as a medical scribe is preferred.
- Proficiency in typing and familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Knowledge of electronic health record systems and experience working in the ER or specialty clinics is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience with athenaOne EHR preferred but not required.
