Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Veins Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our medical professionals in the assessment, treatment, and care of patients with various vein disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Assist medical professionals in patient assessments and evaluations.
• Perform routine medical tasks, such as taking vital signs and updating medical records.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and post-procedure care.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Provide support during vein procedures and treatments.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program.
• Previous experience in a medical office setting, preferably with a focus on veins.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification as a Medical Assistant.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Understanding of vein-related conditions and treatments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
