QMA (healthcare/qualified medication aide)Job ResponsibilitiesSpecific duties for this qualified medication aide health care position include:As a QMA, you will be responsible for setting up and administering resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards of medication administration, and may supervise CNAs as directed.

It is also important that you are highly organized and that you demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well with a diverse population.
Specific Qualifications For This Role IncludeSuccessful completion of a state-approved training program in medication administration. At least one-year of experience as a CNA or QMA in a long-term care setting is preferred.
