Title: Asset Management Associate

Location: Aventura, Florida

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Salary: Up to $150,000 base salary Bonus

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Asset Management Associate to join our dynamic team at a leading multifamily real estate investment firm based in Aventura. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing the performance of our portfolio.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough financial analyses, including reviewing property performance, market trends, and investment projections.

- Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance the value and profitability of the multifamily real estate assets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective property operations, including leasing, marketing, and maintenance.

- Monitor property performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategies to maximize cash flow and returns.

- Participate in due diligence activities for potential acquisitions and dispositions, including financial modeling and property inspections.

- Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management, summarizing asset performance, market updates, and recommended action plans.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field.

- Proven experience in asset management within the real estate industry, preferably in multifamily investments.

- Strong proficiency in financial analysis, including cash flow modeling, capitalization rates, and investment underwriting.

- Knowledge of property management principles, leasing strategies, and market dynamics.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

- Proficiency in real estate software and tools, such as ARGUS, Yardi, or CoStar, is preferred.
