As Business Development Sales Representative, a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for setting qualified appointments with business owners and business executives to review the Cardone University Online Training Programs. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, and a relentless pursuit of exceeding sales targets.

What we expect from you:
Previous sales experience as a closer
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Ability to work independently and meet daily call volume targets (300 calls/day)
Willingness to be in office M-F 8:20am- 6pm and Sat 8:20am -1pm
Excitement to attend weekend events and workshops 1-2 times per month
Represent the 10X Culture consistently and overdeliver for client needs.
