FSTONE Technologies is now hiring a full-time/part time Payroll Specialist to assist with the weekly processing of payroll for multiple facilities. With a network of locations across the nation. Payroll person is responsible for the day-to-day function ensuring accurate and on time payroll processing. The role requires a payroll professional who has successfully implemented best pay practices and workflow improvements resulting in accurate and timely processing of payroll.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll, including reporting and all record keeping
• Establish audit process to verify accuracy of payroll runs.
• Ensure payroll is processed timely, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations and company policies.
• Provides reports to Operations and other support departments.
• Analysis and validation of payroll processing results using technology - reports and macros.
• Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
• Maintains security and extreme confidentiality of payroll information.

Required Knowledge/Skills:

• Must have, as a minimum (1) year experience in all aspects of payroll , including supporting payroll system implementation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated success incorporating payroll of acquired companies.
• Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential material and work under deadlines
• Detail Oriented, accurate, with effective social skills.
• Process and workflow improvement of payroll processes.
