Responsibilities::

- Provide personal assistance and support to individuals in their daily activities and medication reminders
- Prepare meals and ensure dietary needs are met
- Assist with personal hygiene and grooming tasks
- Help with mobility and transfers as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals under your care
- Respect and uphold resident rights and confidentiality
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain confidentiality of personal information

Requirements:
- Previous experience in personal assistance or caregiving preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client needs

Skills:
- Proficient in assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Knowledge of resident rights in a home care setting
- Familiarity with senior care practices and protocols
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and privacy requirements

Pay: $150.00 - $180.00 per day
