Registered Nurse Duties And Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals; detect changes in symptoms, health, and/or pain.
- Medication management
- Set up for procedures with appropriate tools; maintain a full inventory of supplies.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Communicate clearly and directly with clients; provide emotional support to patients and family members under stress.
- Fill out and update patient documents and charts.
- Wound care, Catheter care, INR’s
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in Minnesota
- Strong assessment and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under time constraints
- Strong documentation skills
- Must have a proven, successful leadership background, ability to mentor.
- Excellent communication skills and great bedside manner
- Ability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
- Home care experience a plus
