Position Overview:
In this vital role on the CRM and Lifecycle Marketing team, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of all CRM communications and campaigns that directly drive Care.com's business. Leading the CRM Operations team, you will also act as the lead partner with our CRM Product, Engineering, and Business Intelligence teams. You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to implement things yourself – no task is too big or too small. Beyond leading day-to-day operations, you'll hone a vision for the CRM operations roadmap by leading a reassessment/gap analysis of our systems, processes, data assets, SLAs, marketing enablement, and governance that will drive impact across the business. Through cross-functional partnerships, you will contribute to the formation of a center of excellence operations practice that powers our CRM engine and supports the next phase of business growth.
Note: This is a hybrid position based in Dallas, TX (Mondays & Wednesdays in office)

Salary Range: $130,000-$160,000
The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, Care.com provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
