Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in dialysis to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment while also supporting their emotional and physical needs.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Administer dialysis treatment according to physician orders

2. Monitor vital signs and assess patient condition during dialysis sessions

3. Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures and self-care techniques

4. Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care for patients

5. Document patient progress and response to treatment

6. Maintain a clean and safe dialysis environment

7. Assist with patient scheduling and coordination of care

8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Valid RN license in the state of practice

2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in dialysis nursing

3. BLS certification

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

6. Attention to detail and critical thinking skills

7. Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
