Duties will include coordinating staff for nursing, as needed throughout the facility. This includes receiving and promptly acting on request for staff coverage from supervisors on a daily basis . This position works closely with supervisors and staff employees to provide adequate coverage in the facility. This position also requires some on call duties. The person who holds this position must also be a C.N.A. (Certified Nursing Assistant) and may work the floor on rare occasions.
This will most often be a Monday through Friday day time position (8am-4pm) But some weekend and evening work may be required.
Experience: Two more years of administrative experience preferred .Staffing experience is a must.
