Job Title : Graphic Designer

Status : Hourly, Independent Contractor

Location : Fraser, MI. 48026

CARE provides professional and emotional support to those seeking relief from substance use disorder. We work with people who seek us out on their own, as well as those referred by employers, through hospital emergency departments, the criminal justice and corrections system, and local substance use treatment programs.

Description of responsibilities:

1. Design material that align with the corporate identity and branding guidelines for the company.
2. Design print and digital advertising, social media campaigns, event signage and flyers.
3. Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials by strongly advocating brand discipline.
4. Design and optimize website graphics and user interfaces to enhance the user experience.
5. Create visually appealing landing pages and promotional banners.

Required experience:

1. 3-5 years of broad design experience
2. Previous experience in a non-profit industry a plus

Required skills / education:

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Strong proficiency in graphic design software, photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Express or Canva.

All candidates must provide a portfolio with examples of design skills, and previous work in both print and digital media.
