Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Nurse Practitioner in our primary care office, you will play a crucial role in delivering patient-centered care, managing chronic conditions, and promoting overall health and well-being. We are looking for part time, two or more days a week. Full time candidates are welcome to apply as well.

Duties:

- Provide primary care to patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Prescribe medications and treatments
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Utilize electronic medical record systems (such as Epic) for documentation and communication
- Participate in utilization management activities to ensure appropriate use of healthcare resources

Qualifications:

- Valid state licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of Oregon
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by a recognized national certifying body
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner preferred
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice guidelines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: $131,391.00 - $138,461.00 per year
