Care Plus You is Hiring a Medical Receptionist Near West Linn, OR

Care Plus You is a growing primary care practice in West Linn. We aim to provide high quality, patient-centered, comprehensive care to our patients. That means we go above and beyond for our patients to ensure their health and welfare are taken care of. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who will work at our front desk greeting patients and answering phone calls.

Duties of a Front Desk Receptionist

  • Answer the phone and document phone calls
  • Greet patients when they come in and collect copays and balances.
  • Check insurance and verify benefits
  • Always be patient and professional with patients, as well as kind and courteous

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Be responsive to feedback and improvement opportunities as presented
  • Communicate to all team members in a professional manner
  • Occasionally perform administrative duties at the clinic

Required Attributes

  • Strong attention to detail with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong writing skills (spelling and grammar proficiency), and computer proficiency with Windows applications
  • Quick and accurate typing/data entry (40 wpm minimum)
  • Reliable and professional, consistently able to arrive on-time and be prepared for work
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including a positive attitude as well as a clear communication style
  • Reliable transportation is required
  • Prior clinical experience is a plus
  • Medical Assistant Experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
