- Availability for Work: The driver is expected to work at least one weekend day, reflecting the needs of clients who may have appointments on weekends. A total of 40 hours per week suggests full-time employment, which may be spread across different days of the week.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensuring that the car is in good working condition is crucial. This includes regular maintenance checks, timely repairs, and ensuring the vehicle is clean and comfortable for clients. The driver should be knowledgeable about basic car maintenance or be proactive in getting professional services when needed.
- Customer Service Skills: Good interpersonal skills are essential since the driver will be interacting with clients regularly. This includes being courteous, respectful, and helpful, particularly given the medical context of the appointments.
