Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in their homes.

Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medication under the direction of healthcare professionals
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status
- Assist with specialized care such as dementia care, catheter care, tube feeding, and hospice care
- Work with individuals with developmental disabilities in a home care setting

Skills:
- Experience in patient care and home care settings
- Proficiency in assisting with meal preparation and feeding
- Knowledge of catheter care procedures
- Ability to provide care for individuals with dementia and developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with hospice care practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working closely with clients and their families
