We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dietary Cook to join our team at our Nursing Home Facility in Loogootee, IN. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals for residents according to dietary requirements and restrictions
• Ensure that all meals are nutritious, appetizing, and visually appealing
• Follow safe food handling and preparation practices, including Safe Serve certification
• Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and equipment
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that residents' dietary needs are met

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Dietary Cook in a nursing home or similar setting
• Safe Serve certification
• Knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements for seniors
• Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
