The role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that involve client care and mobility requirements.
- Home Care Aide or CNA/NAC certification (We offer the 75 hour HCA training to our employees at no cost)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Commitment to show up to work to provide critical and consistent care to your client
- Reliability to show up for shifts on time and enjoy providing companionship and care for seniors to keep them engaged throughout the day.
- Ability to pass a criminal background and driving record checks with no felonies.
