Job Description:
As a licensed clinician with our company, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of our patients by providing compassionate care to them. You will be responsible for evaluating the patient's functional status, helping teach new skills or retrain them in once familiar activities, and working alongside other healthcare professionals to promote the health and well-being of our patients.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Licensed PTA with our company, you will be responsible for:

• Participating in the ongoing evaluation of the patient's functional status and home environment.
• Following the treatment program and goals for improved patient function as established by the registered occupational therapist. Documents patient's response to treatment plan and progress toward established goals.
• Instructing the patient's family/caregiver and other organizational health care personnel in the patient's treatment regime as delegated by the registered Therapist.
• Submitting clinical documentation according to organization policy. Maintaining appropriate clinical records and clinical notes, and reporting to the registered Therapist any changes in the patient's condition.

Requirements:
As a Licensed PTA with our company, you should have the following:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of dementia and home care is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be licensed as a PTA in the state of Virginia
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Pay Rate:
$60 - $70 per visit
