Location: Los Angeles, CA

Pay Rate: $40.00 - $50.00/hour (DOE)

Please Note:

• Start Date: ASAP, following interviews

• Current Employment: Candidates must not be employed full-time, as this role requires an immediate start.

A day in the life:

• Expertly manage intricate calendars, coordinating client meetings, teleconferences, and C-Level board meetings with precision
• Handle communications with finesse, organizing and prioritizing documents, emails, and confidential information with discretion
• Establishing strong relationships with key internal and external partners to the CEO

You will need:

• 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-Level Executive or HNW Individuals
• Proven experience calendaring, scheduling, booking travel, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Discreet nature with strong judgement skills
