Operations / HR Associate Incredible Hedge Fund

An Incredible hedge fund is seeking a mid-level Operations / HR Associate to join their incredible, collegial team! This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is looking to work with wonderful people in a one-of-a-kind atmosphere.

This person must have prior PEO experience that can work autonomously and develop HR workflows.

100-130k base (exempt) bonus excellent benefits

Hours : 8am-5pm ET

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage relationship with the firm’s PEO and oversee coordination of HR functions
• Own the employee onboarding process, ensuring that new hires receive excellent assistance
• Spearhead coordination with external HR business vendors, including insurance, benefits and service providers
• Maintain / update internal documents relating to HR
• Oversee and execute critical business processes including insurance renewals and annual HR training programs
• Oversee HR regulatory changes and track industry trends & implement necessary process changes
• Form strong relationships with senior leadership and develop trust across the firm’s workforce
• Attend industry events to remain up to date on trends and offerings

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 3 years of experience in an HR or relevant adjacent role
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience working with a PEO
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills
• HR Project / Implementation work preferred
