Executive Assistant, Legal & Compliance

A global, leading hedge fund is seeking an eager Executive Assistant to support their Chief Compliance Office and General Counsel. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team and support wonderful, sharp executives looking for a thought partner.

Salary range commensurate with experience: $110-130k base bonus, fully paid benefits package, 401k match, etc.

Location: Midtown East- This role is onsite Monday – Friday

Hours approx: 8/9a-5/6p

About the role/desired experience:

-3-10 years of EA experience, including some exposure to legal & compliance dept

- Must have experience in large banking or financial services with direct experience to 1-2 executives

-4 year degree required (ideally 3.0 GPA)

Responsibilities include:

-The executives are looking for a thought partner

-Must be confident and act as a gatekeeper

-Planning 4-5 team events/year

-Coordinator International & Domestic Travel & expenses

-Heavy scheduling & calendar management via Outlook

-Must be extremely proactive and resourceful

-Flexible to reschedule things as there will be a lot of changes
