An Eco-Friendly Investment Firm that invests in sustainability is seeking a polished Executive Assistant to join their amazing team in San Francisco! In this role, you will take on projects within the administrative space, while providing key support to the company’s top leaders. We’re looking for someone creative and well-organized who is eager to get to work partnering with this collaborative, close-knit team.

Hybrid schedule

Day to day:

• Coordinate meetings and event calendars including preparing necessary materials, reserving conference rooms, and taking notes
• Oversee the reception area and all common rooms
• Manage all scheduling and travel coordination for the team
• Screen incoming phone calls and visitors, interact with high-level stakeholders, and maintain contact lists
• Plan detailed travel for executive team, along with expense reporting and making last-minute changes
• Handle things like correspondence, project documentation, and project updates
• Put in maintenance requests and stocking all common areas
• Handle supplies ordering and inventory, along with office budgets
• Plan ad hoc client and internal team events

Requirements:

• You have 5 years of experience in executive-level support
• You have an interest/passion in sustainability
• You have VC or start-up industry experience
• You hold a bachelor’s degree
• You are highly proficient in MS Office and open to learning additional software systems
• You are a strong communicator who is committed to follow through and keeping everyone on track
• You are professional, with a demonstrated track record of managing multiple tasks, as well as sensitive information, with discretion
• You are collaborative and can successfully work with cross-functional teams
• You are detail-oriented, focused, and have a positive attitude
• You’re excited about finding a long-term career home with this firm
