HR Associate Manager, People & Culture
A thriving integrated strategy and marketing agency is seeking an HR Associate/ Manager (title DOE). As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and facilitating the human resource functions. You will assist in administering policies, ensuring compliance, coordinating recruiting activities, helping with benefits administration, supporting onboarding and offboarding, managing our HRIS, and providing support to our staff.

2 years of experience in a HR support role.
HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Eagerness to learn more about HR and grow in your profession.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once.
Sound judgement and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Highly organized with great attention to detail.
Ability to work with colleagues across the agency.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems. We use ADP and Breezy.

The salary range for this role is $65,000-90,000 depending on experience.
