A thriving integrated strategy and marketing agency is seeking an HR Associate / Manager (title DOE). As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and facilitating the human resource functions.
You will assist in administering policies, ensuring compliance, coordinating recruiting activities, helping with benefits administration, supporting onboarding and offboarding, managing our HRIS, and providing support to our staff.
What You Will Be Doing :
Recruiting Support
assist with the recruitment process by posting open positions, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting phone interviews.
Onboarding
facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, such as preparing offer letters, organizing orientation, setting up new staff in our HRIS, coordinating new hires’ first week.
Benefits
manage with benefits enrollments, answer employee questions and be well versed on the company’s offerings, oversee open enrollment process, conduct research on new benefits, coordinate with vendors, and ensure accuracy across our systems.
Performance Management
manage the annual review process by gathering 360 feedback, self-reviews for staff, and finalizing the review.
Learning & Development
coordinate training programs, including scheduling sessions, updating materials, and tracking attendance.
HRIS System & Record Maintenance
ensure all data and paperwork in the HRIS system is up to date and accurate, make all changes in the HRIS system and manage time off policies and recordkeeping.
Compliance and Reporting
ensure we are in compliance with regulation and company policies, and support HR reporting and audits.
What We Are Looking For :
2 years of experience in a HR support role.
HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Eagerness to learn more about HR and grow in your profession.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once.
Sound judgement and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Highly organized with great attention to detail.
Ability to work with colleagues across the agency.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems. We use ADP and Breezy.

The salary range for this role is $65,000-90,000 depending on experience.
