Our client, an entrepreneurial tech company located in Palo Alto, is looking for an office/operations manager on a temp to perm basis. You would be working directly with an Executive to help office and operations for this Community Learning and Tech Center in Palo Alto . You will help with the daily running of the office as well as helping to coordinate and facilitate new office setup. An ideal candidate has previous experience with an office/start up environment, a go getter, and driven to get the job done.

*Please note this is a temp to hire job, pay will be $55/HR*

Responsibilities:

• Secure new office space
• Set up full office processes/purchasing, supplies, vendors, furnishing, office equipment etc.
• Assist with the day-to-day needs.
• Light Bookkeeping
• EA support for Executive in relation to this entity, ad hoc projects
• Experience obtaining business licenses/entity set up/insurance/vendor set up/budgeting preferred.

Qualifications:

• Someone with experience building out and office/start-up environment. Industry is a bit flex, but someone with that really dynamic start-up tech energy is ideal.
• Driven, go getter, sharp
• Prefer degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Flexible to OT and no tasks too big or small, will be busy ramping up and setting up the office/business
• Sharp, resourceful, diligent and tech savvy
