Business and Legal Affairs Assistant | Influencer Management | Hybrid in West Hollywood | $30-35/hour | 6-month contract
Are you ready to work with the top brands and creators? Our client is looking for a top-notch paralegal / business affairs assistant to join their exciting team in signing and managing world-class talent!
Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and executing talent contracts (campaigns, representation, licensing, endorsements).
- Conduct legal research on talent representation and entertainment regulations; summarize findings.
- Provide administrative support: manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, prepare agendas, and maintain records.
- Serve as the communication point for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards; monitor deadlines and renewals.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2-3 years of paralegal experience, preferably in entertainment or talent representation.
- Proficiency in contract management and legal research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality.
