Our client, a powerhouse in the retail fashion industry, is looking to for a savvy Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join their fast-growing and fashion-forward team in Vernon!

Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic hiring expert and business partner to Fashion and Creative teams
• Advise on talent gaps and future needs and leverage metrics for informed recruiting decisions
• Draft dynamic job descriptions and ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring process.
• Collaborate with the Legal Team on work authorization to pull top talent from across the globe

Requirements:

• 5 years in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in Fashion/Creative
• Must have experience with technical recruiting
• Must be proficient with Greenhouse
• Comfortable with ambiguity and creating order
• Passionate about enhancing candidate experience and creative sourcing methods
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
