Our client, a high-profile family office, is searching for a Staff Accountant to join their outstanding team. The ideal candidate for this role possesses experience within detailed daily accounting needs including payments and transaction processing, with an eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently. ***This is a hybrid role located in San Francisco, CA. Onsite days will remain flexible based on office need/events, and will be between 1-3 times per week.

Responsibilities:

• Work with close knit accounting team to manage various aspects of bill pay and payment processing
• Handle detailed and hefty transactions with the upmost care and ensure quick response times
• Conduct thorough reporting of complex transactions and processes
• Collaborate with colleagues in banking and auditing requests, interface with vendors
• Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests, as necessary

Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree is required (with a major in Accounting or Finance preferred)
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Mastery of handling complex work efficiently
• Quick response time, with excellent attention to detail

Salary Range

$80,000 - $100,000 with excellent benefits
