Our client, a retail fashion brand, is looking for a temp to perm Bilingual Executive Assistant to join their NYC office! The ideal candidate will be proficient in Japanese and English languages, be detail and task oriented, and thrive in fast paced environments.

This position starts asap and has the potential to go permanent if the right fit.

Location: Soho

Hours : 9:00am – 6:00pm

*Hybrid Schedule

Responsibilities include:

• Provide support and assistance to executives
• Create, build and manage the day to day responsibilities
• Assist with managing daily appointments and schedule/calendar, correspondence, note taking, and high volume of communication with both overseas and domestic partners
• Support all in office appointments by receiving the guests, room set up, procurement of needed IT devices, and other coordination as needed
• Coordinate all travel arrangements and expenses
• Communicate with Tokyo staff as well as worldwide staff to coordinate VC and in-person meetings
• Support multiple, ongoing projects that impact the people side of the business
• Additional assignments as necessary

Qualifications:

• Japanese language proficiency required
• 2-3 years of EA/AA experience
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Must have a customer service orientation and worked in fast-paced environment
• Must be detail oriented, strong multi-tasker, strong communication skills and ability to anticipate needs
