Privately-owned manufacturing plant in E.TN has immediate opening for a Process Engineering Manager. This is a specialty plastics manufacturing plant located in the greater Knoxville, TN area.
This is a small-plant environment with an excellent culture and history of success. The Process Engineering Manager will manage processes and projects, including the installation of new equipment. The Engineering Manager will not direct people, but will be heavily involved in employee training and development.
Prefer candidates with a BS degree. Experience in flexible packaging, plastics, film or related industry is a big plus.
