The person in this role has a strong passion for network technologies. The ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently in a highly fast-paced, high-pressure environment with minimal supervision. Comprehensive experience in troubleshooting complex network issues to determine root causes and handle escalated issues that network administrators cannot resolve. Responsible for the daily performance and availability of the organization's network. Ability to analyze network issues using tools such as packet captures and session flow tools. Unwavering determination to solve the problem or see the solution through to the end. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays to support changes, rollouts, and outages.
