Career Start is currently seeking a Digital Print Operator in Buffalo, NY. To be considered for the position, preferred candidates will have previous experience as a Digital Print Operator but previous Machine Operator experience will be considered as well. The Digital Print Operator will be responsible for operating digital machines and cutting machines to assist in the production of various signage products.

1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm

Pay of Digital Print Operator:

• $18/hour to $20/hour based on experience

Responsibilities of Digital Print Operator:

• Assist in the manufacturing process of various signage products
• Prepare materials such as vinyl, acrylic, aluminum, and PVC for fabrication according to job specifications.
• Operate machinery and equipment including vinyl cutters, laminators, and digital printers following safety protocols and manufacturer instructions.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
• Assist in the assembly of signage components including frames, brackets, and electrical components as required.
• Monitor and report inventory levels of raw materials and supplies, and assist in maintaining a well-organized warehouse.

Requirements of Digital Print Operator:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in manufacturing or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of Digital Print Operator or Machine Operator experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
• Basic understanding of hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
