Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.
• Conduct property tours and showcase available units.
• Process lease applications and renewals efficiently.
• Ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards.
• Manage resident issues and coordinate with maintenance staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Property Manager is required.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong sales and customer service background.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be available to work weekends.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $24/Hr-$26/Hr (Depending on experience).
• Weekly pay provided.
