We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! Maintenance technicians are responsible for all aspects of property maintenance including curb appeal, service requests, apartment turnovers, preventative maintenance, and relations with associates, contractors, and team members.

About the Position :

• Keeps buildings and grounds in a clean, orderly and safe condition. Ensure that all repairs are handled in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Maintain building by performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical, construction, janitorial, and other related maintenance activities when required.
• Insure that all repairs are handled in a timely and appropriate manner.

Responsibilities :

• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
• Keeps buildings and grounds in a clean, orderly and safe condition. Ensure that all repairs are handled in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Maintain building by performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, construction, janitorial, and other related maintenance activities when required.
• Insure that all repairs are handled in a timely and appropriate manner.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Must own basic trade tools
• Availability Monday - Friday, 7AM-5PM (8 hours shift)
