Duties:
- Greet and check-in guest, students, staff
- Schedule appointments and manage the office/training calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to student/general inquiries
-Assist with addressing/resolving matters of escalation
- Assist with student registration and verifications
- Prepare/support Training rooms as instructed
- Assist with providing support to different departments
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates Degree Preferred)
- Previous experience working in a structured office environment
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in using online systems/platforms (I.E. Microsoft)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Able to work with minimum supervision
