Shift Production Supervisor. This role is responsible for directing plant personnel safely and efficiently towards achieving production and quality goals.
Production Supervisor Responsibilities :
- This role is responsible for ensuring all work environments adhere to safety regulations. Knowledge of OSHA standards is a must.
- Supervision of production staff to ensure quality and delivery goals are met.
- Assist in the training of production related staff.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze and track KPI’s.
Production Supervisor Skills and Qualifications :
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 5 years of production supervision
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Working knowledge of environmental & OSHA regulations
