Job Description :

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, tracking revenue, and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding receivables.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities :

• Process and record daily incoming payments.
• Generate and send out invoices.
• Follow up on, collect, and allocate payments.
• Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
• Monitor and manage aging accounts receivable balances.
• Prepare reports on account status and collection activity.
• Maintain accurate records of payments and account statuses.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments regarding payment issues.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or related accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
