This is a hybrid position and the role requires a resource to work onsite in the Pittsfield, MA office 3 days per week.

This is a potential temp to perm role.

Responsibilities :

• Type in data provided directly from clients.
• Create accurate spreadsheets with large numbers of figures.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
• Update existing data in spreadsheets.

Requirements and skills :

• Proven experience as data entry clerk.
• Excellent knowledge of spreadsheets (i.e. Excel).
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
• Basic understanding of computer networks.
• Great attention to detail.
• High school degree or equivalent.
