YPrime’s Innovation & IT team is searching for a Senior Scrum Master. You’ll be based in our Malvern, PA headquarters.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Thorough knowledge of Agile techniques: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, BDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, and Agile Games
• Demonstrated ability to create useful, reliable, and practical plans for software development projects
• Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices
• Demonstrated expertise in estimation and planning
• Clear and concise communication skills

Here are some more details about the job:

• You’ll work with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum throughout the organization
• You’ll coordinate among the Scrum Team and monitors adherence to Scrum practices
• You’ll educate the Scrum Team including the Product Owner on agile requirements, agile planning, backlog creation practices and all things Scrum
• You’ll work with product owner to groom product backlogs ahead of upcoming sprints
• You’ll organize and facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings
• You’ll facilitate demo and decision-making processes to ensure visibility into product progress
• You’ll work with technical staff to make products easier to use and thus need fewer instructions
• You’ll study product samples and talk with product designers and developers
• You’ll ensure the correct use of scrum process
• You’ll work with product owner to groom product backlogs ahead of upcoming sprints
• You’ll organize and facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings
• You’ll facilitate demo and decision-making processes to ensure visibility into product progress
• You’ll work with technical staff to make products easier to use and thus need fewer instructions

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
• Scrum Master certifications
