Their target clients include both Small & Mid Market business the Smaller Business Group focusing on Main Street Business, Contractors, Retail, Non-Profits, Professional Services, Hospitality and Healthcare accounts and Mid Market clients being mostly Contractors, Developers, Manufacturers and Larger Hospitality business
This role is that of an experienced Commercial Account Manager - Youll work with a Jr Account Manager as well as one of the Department Leaders managing the books for two producers.
This is a company has low turnover, including the person in this role who is moving on to a different, non-client facing role within the company. After training on standard operating procedures, it is expected to report to the office daily, however, there is lots of autonomy given.
Youll set pre-renewal meetings, meet with clients, go over potential policy changes, re-market with carriers, get quotes, and will have some help processing certificates & endorsements, as well as doing customer service, and providing help with the clients claims.
Compensation is between $80,000 to $100,000 DOE, and also includes a strong benefits package, free parking, paid continuing education, each of the account managers in this office have designations, paid by the company.
This is a business you can not only retire from, but its often the last stop for most employees. Ideally, they are looking for someone who can work fully in-office, and they are flexible to their employees needs.
Relocations will be considered.
