Our clients company specializes in full-service restoration repair, reconstruction, remediation, and cleaning services. They are currently seeking two Project Manager/Estimators to join their team as they expand due to a new facility opening up.
As a Project Manager/Estimator, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing various projects from start to finish.
Restoration Project Manager Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee jobs from beginning to end
• Oversee schedules, personnel, and prepare work orders
• Perform inspections before, during, and after the job to assess site needs, progress, and materials
• Communicate effectively with insurance representatives, customers, contractors, suppliers, and other involved parties
• Test samples for mold, asbestos, and lead
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Qualifications

• Demonstrated initiative and construction/project management experience
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations
• IICRC training or willingness to obtain
• Strong time and budget management skills
• Team player with a spirit of respect and collaboration
• Proficiency in Xactimate or similar software
• Experience with MS Office Suite
