Work closely with Regional Managing Director, Benefits, with daily responsibilities related to calendar, Carrier Bonus management and Power BI Dashboard management. Responsible for accurate collection, input, report writing and data analysis of various regional benefits teams’ sales and retention information.

Essential Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist Regional Managing Director of Benefits with calendar and expense management.
  • Create and maintain dashboards in Power BI to accurately reflect sales and client retention information.
  • Reviews and tracks Carrier Bonus data, ensuring correct amounts are reported and collected.
  • Assists Regional Managing Director with vendor related items. Ensures appropriate escalation for areas of concern.
  • Assist account teams as appropriate with meeting, planning, contract review, communication packets, and/or carrier related challenges. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills required.
  • Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills. Able to work with a wide variety of people.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel; knowledge of advanced formulas preferred.
  • Intermediate experience with Salesforce; knowledge of report analysis and builds.
  • Working knowledge of PowerBI.
  • Basic understanding of employee benefits and insurance industry

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field prefered.
