Careers is Hiring an Office Manager Near Davenport, IA

Our Client is a local Family-owned and oriented company located in Bettendorf Iowa. We are looking for an Office Manager responsible for clerical, administrative, and bookkeeping tasks for the entire branch, and making sure that all jobs and communications flow seamlessly. You are the first voice our potential clients hear and you must be able to assure their concerns and answer any questions they may have being the first point of sale.

The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and with a team. They must be professional, and courteous. They are the glue that holds the communication bridge from management to the branch, so the ideal candidate must be stable and reliable. The ideal candidate will have the ability to function in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment, with deadline requirements. This position requires a positive attitude and self-motivation. Duties include Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with branch policies. Manage phone calls and correspondence and Create and update records, spreadsheets, and CRM with personnel, financial, and other data. Additional responsibilities include Managing inventory of office supplies and placing orders when necessary as well as submitting timely reports and preparing presentations/proposals as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years plus proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

We Offer:

  • $45 up to $65 base salary with great benefits
  • Experienced based pay
